Chloe joined us in April 2026, bringing a decade of experience working within the international development sector to her role as Partnership Development Manager within our commercial division, SocietyWorks.

Using her knowledge of developing digital democracy strategies, as well as leading on business development for international donors and conducting user-focused research into information access and technology use amongst marginalised groups, Chloe focuses on launching and expanding the use of SocietyWorks’ new technology offerings, which seek to improve interactions between citizens and local authorities and improve local authority operations.

Based in Buckinghamshire, Chloe describes herself as a linguist, bookworm and politics lover: “My academic career took me to study Russian at the University of Birmingham and then an MA in Politics, Security and Integration from UCL.”

“I am an avid reader (speculative fiction, please), a keen (but slow) runner, and a general outdoorsy person (at the behest of my small boys).”
