Rachel is a consultant, advising organisations on data, insights and governance projects. Previously she was the founding Chief Executive of 360Giving, and Deputy Director of Publish What You Fund, leading the organisation’s research and monitoring work including the development of an annual transparency index.

Rachel has previously held positions with the Commonwealth Secretariat, DFID, DAI, Transparency International and the Overseas Development Institute. She has researched and written several publications on transparency, good governance and accountability.
