Genoa cake

Right now Chris and I are eating genoa cake. It isn’t quite stale yet, and is quite decent. If a bit too much citrus peel which I’m not a great fan of.


  1. I think the amount of citrus peel is just right. It could do with being less stale though. I should probably thank Helen for leaving the cake in my flat for two weeks, too….
