Two days ago I sat down in a cafe with a blank sheet of paper, and wrote down the things that I felt ought to be on to-do lists somewhere. At the end of my lunch I had produced a list with 77 items spread across 9 categories. Since then my life has consisted of delegating these using our snazzy ticketing system, and getting busy with the ones that have my name next to them.
