At the present time, FixMyTransport is a UK-only site. The technology that underpins the site can, in theory, be re-purposed to provide a similar platform that serves other countries.
The code for FixMyTransport is written in Ruby and is open-source under AGPL. You'll find it on Github here.
One substantial barrier you will need to overcome in setting up a version of FixMyTransport in another country is obtaining a comprehensive dataset of transport stops, routes and operators. We advise you to spend some time understanding how readily this challenge can be overcome before commencing any technical work!
