Describe your idea:

For the reasons described below (basically proactively avoiding “turbulences”) this project would require, 1. the setup of the necessary workspace, 2. A requirements analysis 2. The creation of a web based content analysis tool 3. analysis of the content and reports creation tool 4. a suggested (initially although it should be constantly on)12 months running period of the web tool, 5. Analysis of content and baseline of actions creation by experts and 6. -Constant- suggestion and implementation of harmonious “chaotic factors” to avoid “turbulences”. Given more space I can elaborate.

What problem does it solve?:

Humans are social animals. Their chaotic nature creates all things new and their social needs create stability. For the progression of society those two characteristics must be in balance. When unbalanced a “turning point” is created, and the compatible chaotic nature of one is needed to select a new pathway. I have this theory expanded but no space here. To support my theory a web based content analysis tool is needed to find the percentage of “unbalance” required for each type of “turning points”. Then a tool will be created to locate “turning points” for each sector, and proactively create a harmonious “chaotic factor” (when disharmonious “chaotic factors” were combined with turning points “turbulences” occurred).
