Describe your idea:

A lot of people are getting ripped off in the job market – especially freelancers and women – because they don’t know what the current “going rate” wage is for a job or contract before they accept it. It’s often years before they find out they were getting less than others. We need a website where professionals can anonymously share what wages they have been offered/have taken for jobs and where a concensus can be achieved as to what is a fair wage

What problem does it solve?:

Wage inequality and exploitation of freelancers, women, minorities, school and university leavers etc
