What NEED does this meet?
We don’t have a means of communicating delicate or sensitive issues…
Traditional social mechanisms are entrenched in oppositional, antagonistic dialectics — just listen to what happens in the houses of parliament.
What is the APPROACH?
Kind of like rap, but not. Instead of the focus being on the speaker, the performer, on their skill and wording… what happens if the focus was on the listener, on the respect paid to their listening, to the quality of their attention…?
This is jaxing.
A site that enables people to download mp3 tracks, listen to them whenever they want, and jax responses back.
In this way, we may be able to share our more delicate thoughts regarding culture, global concerns, and even our beliefs…
What are the BENEFITS to people?
We have an accurate means by which people can share sensitive material.
The benefit to the jaxer is immense… by listening to your own recording, you have a record your thinking, and you can reflect on how your verbalisations match your inner beliefs… it is almost a kind of therapy…
What is the COMPETITION?
The beat-poets tried this… but jaxing is all about being live… you respond to music, and you overlay your continuity of thought.
The emphasis is not on musicality, on wording, on poetry, but on thought, belief, and accuracy of thought…
For examples… check out:

and listen to otherwise, which has different people’s versions of what jaxing is…
What BUDGETS & LOGISTICS are required?
This is scalable. It just requires a site to centralise the stuff…. the happening… perhaps ‘thehappening.org’, that kind of thing.
Additionally, in order to avoid copyrighting of music jaxed to, it would be useful to have a free little application that allows two tracks to play simultaneously… That’s all it would do: match a track with the jaxed track, allowing the listener to mix the volume as he or she wants… hence being sensitive to the requirements of the listener…
