Adding this developers’ blog to mySociety.org

At the moment I’m really meant to be going to bed, but Chris has managed to bully me on IRC into setting up this Developers blog. I’ve thought we should have a more frequently updated mySociety blog for ages, and here it is. But this one is powered by an evil plan which we’re not telling you yet…
